The rear of the shell carries the DOT sticker — FMVSS No. 218 CERTIFIED — and the measured dimensions read 38.5 cm long × 27 cm to the crown × 27.5 cm at the rear spoiler.
Before production, prototype shells went through our in-house impact bench — a 5.5 m/s strike per GB 811-2010 — with transmitted peak acceleration held well under the regulatory ceiling. Prototypes were then handed to a 120-rider fleet for road trials: motorway cruising, city stop-start, and the fuel-stop ritual this helmet was designed to eliminate. The vent layout and the visor slider action both came out of those rides.
